Sunday, December 4, 2022, the church had our prospective pastor bringing the message during the worship service. His name is Bro. Nathan Mayfield. He has been preaching and serving The Lord for over 15 years. He has a very distinguished work, educational, and Christian background and was recommended to the church by both the Pulpit Committee and the deacons. Bro. Mayfield is currently the pastor at Hazelwood Baptist Church in south Louisville. We had a really good turnout to hear Brother Mayfield preach. Later that day, the church hosted a question and answer session in the sanctuary (6:00 PM). Bro. Bradley served as emcee for the Q & A session. A number of questions were posed to Bro. Mayfield. The Q & A session was followed by a social in the Family Life Center where everyone could meet and talk with the pastor and his wife Pam, on a more personal level.
