Sunday service on June 27th,
started with the youth getting up in front of the
congregation and giving their thoughts and experiences on
going to summer camp this year as a group. Each young person
was given an opportunity to tell what they enjoyed, did and
got out of attending church camp at Cedarmore this summer.
They all did a really great job of public speaking, relating
the things they did and the great experiences they had with
youth from around the area who were also there. Based on
what they had to say, camp was a life altering experience
for all of them. One young man who attended, accepted Jesus
Christ as his Lord and Savior. Jackson Say was the young man
who made the most important decision of his young life.
After church, he, the youth and Freddie and Diane Sharp
stood up front to be congratulated by the congregation. It
is so good to see our youth going in the right direction.
Take a look at these fine young people.
