On Sunday
August 20th, we celebrated Bro. Bradley Gray's last day as
our worship minister at Dover Baptist Church. Bradley sang a
duet with Jesse Poe, "Show Me The Cross." At the end of the
service, Bro. Mayfield recognized Bradley and Sara and Billy
White gave them a gift from the church. They will be missed!
I asked Bradley for some final
words and here is what he had to say to everyone.
"Dover Baptist has been my home
for 5 1/2 years. I've never served at such a loving,
supportive, and family-oriented church. If you are a visitor
here, in no time you feel like family and you feel like you
belong.
The Lord has guided me to leave
this great family, much to my chagrin. But as always, we
must trust His leading. I will forever cherish the
friendships and great times of worship we have had at Dover.
But there are other places the Lord has for me to share the
gospel in music and the spoken word, and that is what I will
try to do.
Thank you Dover for an amazing
experience and for your love and support! May God continue
to bless you all until He returns or calls us home."
